We are excited that you'd like to participate in the upcoming LEAP Learner Engagement Survey administration!

In order to get your school set up correctly in the Resonant Education system, we will collect a few details about your school and the participating individuals on the next pages.

By completing this form, you are registering your school/district/CMO to administer the LEAP Learner Engagement Survey, which would include your organization's commitment to:
  • Obtain any participant consent, if such consent is required by your organization or by law;
  • Complete all survey registration requirements
  • Support survey administration by distributing the LEAP Survey materials, instructions and survey links, along with encouraging participants to complete the Survey, and 
  • Cooperate with LEAP in administering the LEAP Survey(s)
